1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Website Privacy Policy (the «Policy») has been drawn up in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ dated 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» and defines the procedure for processing of personal data and measures to ensure security of such data to be undertaken by RC Complex Systems LLC (OGRN: 1217700621082) (the «Operator») in the course of collecting and processing data of Users of the Website at https://cirmp.ru/ (the «Website»).

1.2. The use of the Website means that the User unconditionally agrees with this Policy and the terms of personal data processing set forth herein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User shall refrain from using the Website services. In this Policy, any services and tasks provided and performed by the Website are recognised as the Website Services.

1.3. The subject of regulation of this Policy is strictly limited to the relationship related to the processing of personal data of the Website Users in the course of use of the Website by them. Any visitor of the Website is recognised as the Website User. The procedure for processing other personal data received by the Operator through other sources, in particular through the use of the Operator's contact details posted on the Website (including telephone, e-mail, fax and address), is regulated by other internal documents of the Operator.

1.4. The following data of the Users may be collected through the Website: data that is automatically transmitted to the Website during its use by means of software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie file data, information about the User's browser (or other program with the help of which the services are accessed), technical characteristics of equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Website services, addresses of requested pages and other similar data. The data listed in this clause shall be considered as personal data of the Users in case it follows from the laws of the Russian Federation.

1.4.1 The data listed in clause 1.4 of this Policy is processed through the use of the Yandex Metrika service (https://metrika.yandex.ru/).

1.5. The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition of its activity the observance of human and citizen's rights and freedoms during the processing of their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrecy.

1.6. This Policy applies only to the Website https://cirmp.ru/. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third party websites, to which the User can go via links available on the Website, and for the use of contact details of third parties specified on the Website.

1.7. Concepts and terms used in this Policy, the meaning of which is not specified herein, shall be applied in the meaning ascribed to them in the laws of the Russian Federation. When resolving issues related to terminology, Federal Law No. 152-ФЗ dated 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data» is considered to be the priority source.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF USERS

2.1. The Website shall collect and store only that personal data that is necessary for the provision of the Website services, except for cases when the laws provide for mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.

In case of receipt of a notice from the User about withdrawal of consent to personal data processing, the Website shall stop processing of the User’s personal data within a period not exceeding 10 business days from when such data is received.

A notice of withdrawal of consent to personal data processing may be sent to the e-mail address: info@cirmp.ru, or as a written notification to the Operator's legal address specified in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

2.2. The Website processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Ensuring information security of the Website;

2.2.2. Improving the quality of the Website, convenience of its use;

2.2.3. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Website.

3. TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF USERS AND TRANSFER OF SUCH DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

3.1. The Website shall store the Users’ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy of RC Complex Systems LLC.

3.2. With regard to the User's personal data, the privacy of such data shall be maintained, unless the User voluntarily makes public the information about himself.

3.3. The Website may transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases: 3.3.1. The User has expressed consent to such transfer.

3.3.2. The transfer is provided by the Russian or other applicable laws subject to the procedure set out in the laws.

3.3.3. In case of sale of the Website, all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in respect of the personal information received by the acquirer shall pass to him.

3.4. The User's personal data shall be processed by the following methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, in particular in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation facilities.

3.5. The User's personal data shall be processed until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved, but in any case, such processing should take no longer than 5 years from when such data is received from the User.

3.6. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Operator shall notify the User of the loss or disclosure of personal data.

3.7. The Operator shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, and from other unlawful actions of third parties.

3.8. The Website Operator together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

3.9. Personal data shall be processed exclusively in the territory of the Russian Federation subject to applicable law of the Russian Federation.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. The User is obliged:
4.1.1. To provide information about personal data necessary for using those Website services that require the provision of such data.
4.1.2. To update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
4.2. The Operator is obliged:
4.2.1. To use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
4.2.2. To protect privacy of the confidential information, not to disclose it without prior written permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except as otherwise provided by this Privacy Policy.
4.2.4. To block personal data related to the respective User from when the User or his legal representative or the authorized agency for protection of the personal data subjects’ rights makes a request or enquiry, for the period of verification in the event that inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are detected.

5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION MEASURES

5.1. In case of personal data processing by the Operator, the protection of the User's personal data is carried out using legal, technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, breach of privacy and modification of data. Security measures shall include firewalls and data encryption, control of physical access to data processing centres, and control of authority to access data.

6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The Operator who has failed to fulfil its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with law of the Russian Federation.

6.2. In the event of disclosure of confidential information or its loss, the Operator shall not be liable if this confidential information:

6.2.1. Has become publicly known prior to its loss or disclosure;

6.2.2. Has been disclosed with the consent of the User;

6.2.3. In other cases contemplated in the laws of the Russian Federation.

7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

7.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Operator, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of such dispute). The recipient of such claim, within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.

7.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the court for consideration in accordance with applicable law of the Russian Federation.
7.3. The applicable law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator.

8. FINAL TERMS

8.1. The Operator may make modifications to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

8.2. The adoption of this Policy does not mean that the Operator processes all types of personal data specified in clause 1.4 of the Policy through the Website. The Website features that directly or indirectly affect the processing of the Users’ personal data may be disabled at any time. If this is the case, the Users’ rights and the terms of personal data processing set out in this Policy must not be infringed in respect of already processed personal data of the Users.
8.3. The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force from when it is posted on the Website, except as otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
